Recharge PC LLC Warranty Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Recharge PC LLC! Recharge PC LLC refurbishes computer equipment and parts in accordance with industry and Microsoft standards. We are happy to provide our customers with a 90-day warranty which includes a 30-day full-refund-guarantee return policy.
During the first 30-days all parts, labor, technical support, and shipping costs are covered. After 30-days all parts, labor, and technical support costs are covered; end-user is responsible for shipping.
Any potential damage that occurs during shipping will be covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage due to external causes, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, servicing not authorized or provided by Recharge PC LLC. Unauthorized repairs will void existing warranty.
Data recovery is not provided under this warranty. Before you ship product to Recharge PC LLC, please backup the data on the hard disk drives and/or any storage device. Recharge PC LLC does not accept liability for lost data or software.
Because there is no way to professionally refurbish laptop batteries, laptop batteries do not fall under the warranty nor are they guaranteed. However, all laptops will function completely with the AC adapter.
This warranty is valid only in the contiguous United States and is non-transferable.
Obtaining Warranty Service:
To obtain warranty service, a call must be placed to our service department at (859) 342-0306 Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. A technician will attempt to resolve any issues via phone. However, if the issue cannot be resolved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be issued. Return Policy:
We will accept returns up to 30 days from original ship date. Buyer’s Remorse returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or original shipping costs- whichever costs is greater.Full refunds are granted only within the first 30-days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
No refunds are granted after 30 days.
Please allow 2 business days for return processing. Each returned item is carefully inspected. Any returned items found with missing parts or excessive damage will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. It is recommended to repack the item with the same shipping materials as the item was received to avoid any potential damage during the return shipping.
Damaged Upon Delivery:
We package every machine with the utmost care to help avoid any damages during the shipping/delivery process. However, accidents happen. Please contact us immediately if your products arrive damaged. We will issue a return label for the damaged product. Upon receipt, we will have another unit sent to you. All shipping claims will be handled by Recharge PC LLC.Contact Info:
