Return Policy:
We will accept returns up to 30 days from original ship date. Buyer’s Remorse returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or original shipping costs- whichever costs is greater.
Full refunds are granted only within the first 30-days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
No refunds are granted after 30 days.
Please allow 2 business days for return processing. Each returned item is carefully inspected. Any returned items found with missing parts or excessive damage will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. It is recommended to repack the item with the same shipping materials as the item was received to avoid any potential damage during the return shipping.
Damaged Upon Delivery:
We package every machine with the utmost care to help avoid any damages during the shipping/delivery process. However, accidents happen. Please contact us immediately if your products arrive damaged. We will issue a return label for the damaged product. Upon receipt, we will have another unit sent to you. All shipping claims will be handled by Recharge PC LLC.
