Q: How fast will my order ship?

A: We process all orders in a 1-2 business day time frame. We make all machines to order. During our peak season (November-December), we may need an extra day to process orders. 

Q: How do you ship?

A: We ship via FedEx or UPS and ship most orders with Signature Required. Requiring a signature adds an extra layer of protection for you! 

Q: What does Microsoft Registered Refurbisher mean?

A: Purchasing from a Microsoft Registered Refurbisher is incredibly important nowadays. Buying from an MRR will give you peace of mind knowing you will receive a genuine version of the Windows 10 operating system. You will receive a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) which will allow you to confirm your version of Windows 10. 

Q: Will there be an anti-virus installed?

A: Yes! All of our machines will have Microsoft Security Essentials installed. If you have one you prefer, feel free to install once you receive your order. We suggest uninstalling Microsoft Security Essentials before installing your go-to anti-virus. 

Q: Will Microsoft Office come installed?

A: There will be a 30-day trial version of Office installed. If you wish to continue using Office after the 30-day trial you will have to purchase the app.

Q: Can I get Windows 7?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Windows 7. Microsoft has discontinued Windows 7. Support for Windows 7 will end on January 14th, 2020.
